- Overview
- GSD, Investcor and Aspen Heights entered a joint venture to develop this multifamily project. GSD secured the land and began the development process, contributed equity and later worked with Aspen Heights Partners to secure entitlements and complete development. The project is a Class 'A' high-rise apartment building with expansive views of downtown Austin. The 198-unit property is located in the center of Austin’s most robust CBD growth, on the corner of 8th and Nueces Street. Wyndham purchased the Rise Apartments in December of 2016.
